Logistics & Staffing

During the past 8 years, we have been lucky enough to work on a variety of Global and Pan European projects that have required a significant amount of logistical planning and support.  During this time we have taken over whole hotels, chartered private jets, built a temporary hotel, organised helicopter flights for 300 people in one day, closed roads in Abu Dhabi, shipped and delivered cars around the world, and organised accommodation for 50 people in the middle of a desert!    If a person or product needs moving, accommodating or storing anywhere in the world we can take the stress away from you,  making it happen smoothly and cost effectively.

In addition to logistical support we have a huge roster of Event and Motorsport Staff on our books.  Our staff and contractors are all handpicked members of our team that we have worked with of many occasions and can confidently recommend.     We have every type of event role covered, from branding experts to set builders, from pro drivers to truckies, from project directors to runners.  All of our colleagues are enthusiastic hardworking individuals that will help to make your event a success.    We are very flexible and can provide 1 person for one day to over 100 for multiple days.   We can even provide permanent or semi-permanent members of staff for longer term projects.
